TIP:
These
are in actuality quite hard wax sticks because they are
wax without solvent. Ideal for the repair of scratches,
cracks and small holes on wooden and plastic surfaces.
Great for patching nail and screw holes where wax
finishes are to be used or for matching after another
type finish is used!
Apply
soft wax by crayoning the stick across the scratch or
area of repair trying to leave a slight excess. Then
using light pressure with the tip of the spatula, clean
off the surplus to leave a smooth flat
surface.
When
unsure of the exact colour match, choose a slightly
darker shade. For a close colour match blend different
shades of soft wax by successive applications using light
to dark colours.
